Dr Carlie Rubenstein
Dr Carlie’s passion for Chinese Medicine was shaped by her own health journey. As a teenager navigating glandular fever and chronic fatigue, she experienced firsthand the profound impact this medicine could have. The significant improvement in her energy and overall quality of life sparked a deep fascination that ultimately evolved into her chosen career.
Dr Carlie believes that every person is unique, and therefore each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to support the individual needs of both body and mind. Her approach is gentle, holistic, and grounded in the understanding that true healing occurs when care is personalised and collaborative.
Her aim is to help patients reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered in their health journey. Each session is designed as a meaningful step toward greater balance, vitality, and wellbeing.
She was fortunate to train under Dr Gillian and, after several years of practice across Queensland and Melbourne, is delighted to return to what feels like home in her practice.
While Dr Carlie supports patients across all areas of health management, she has a particular passion for and extensive experience in fertility care, menstrual health, and cosmetic acupuncture.
