Penny Digaletos has been teaching Gita-style Hatha Yoga for 31 years. Gita Yoga involves a sequence of 10 postures/asanas with many variations. The aim is to incorporate all the health benefits of yoga and bring physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing to our lives. Penny’s Gita Yoga sessions begin with a short relaxation, then some stretching to prepare for the postures and followed by a breathwork/pranayama then is concluded with a long relaxation session. The class is gentle and works with the needs of the students.
